DeSales Media will provide these devices through a 4-year service program for $100 per year per device. Ownership of these devices remains with DeSales Media and at the end of the program devices must be returned to DeSales Media.
Appropriate Use: It is the responsibility of the organization recieving the device(s) to ensure they are used to further the mission of you organization and used in accordance with any or all Diocesan policies and best practices.
This program is a single four year program of four, $100 payments. The first payment will be invoiced upon shipment. Subsequent payments are due 12, 24 and 36 months later. You may terminate the program at any time by notifying support@desalesmedia.org and returning all equipement. No refunds will be issued; however the organization will not be responsible for future payments after the equipment is received back by DeSales Media.
Devices will be supplied ready-to-use. Additionally, software includes datto device management software. Microsoft licenses may be obtained through the Dicoese of Brooklyn IT department.
DeSales Media will provide replacement devices for any defective, damaged, lost or stolen devices during the term of this agreement. DeSales reserves the right, in their own judgement, to suspend the replacement portion of this program if the recipient organization has demonstrated a lack of care and custodianship over the devices.
By completing an application for devices you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.
